Soil: A diverse geological soil composition, consisting mainly clayey and marlstone.
Farming practices: Dry-farmed. Hand-harvested estate fruit.
Vinification: Wild yeast ferment in tank 4 days. 2 days of maceration under controlled temperature in stainless steel.
Aging: Stainless steel tank, bottling without filtration as late as possible before putting on the market.
