Farming practices: Biodynamically grown, hand-harvested estate fruit.
Vinification: Spontaneously fermented with whole berries, pressed about 10 days before the end of fermentation and finished fermenting as must.
Aging: 10 months stored partly in stainless steel, partly in old wood on the lees and only slightly sulphurized before filling.
