Grape variety: 51% Valdiguié, 18% red field blend, 13% carignan, 10% syrah, 8% St. Laurent, and pinot noir
Appellation: Mendocino, Napa, Sonoma, and Suisun counties.
Farming practices: Organic and sustainable practices.
Vinification: Approximately 25% of the blend was fermented whole cluster. All of the grapes were fermented in concrete and then pressed into older French oak barrels, a few puncheons, and concrete tanks, with an eye on the transparency of fruit. Malolactic occurred naturally with the wine receiving a light sulfur addition immediately before bottling.
Aging: 12 months in a combination of tank, concrete and neutral oak
