Vinification: follows the traditional white winemaking process with soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature
Aging: 4 years in oak and chestnut kegs which are not filled to capacity to allow the characteristic film of yeasts "flor" to form, which gives the wine the unmistakable aromas of Vernaccia di Oristano.
Bouquet: Intense, generous, ethereal with a characteristic note of almond blossom.
Flavor: Crisp, dry and full-bodied, rounding off with a pleasantly acidulous, bitter, warm and harmonious mouthfeel. Velvety, caressing structure and depth.
