Soil: Mainly loess and clay, some sandy plots
Average Vine Age: Young
Farming practices: Organic, practicing biodynamic. Regeneratively farmed, hand-harvested estate fruit.
Vinification: Macerated together in open-top vat for a few days; fermented spontaneously in stainless steel tanks where it remained until May 2022.
Aging: 6 months in tank. The wine was bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with zero sulfur added.
