Soils: Alluvial, gravelly sand and clay.
Vine age: 35 years
Farming: Organically farmed, purchased fruit.
Vinification: Both varieties were fermented separately. Each was fully de-stemmed and pumped over during the duration of the fermentation. After fermentation it was pressed to tank.
Aging: 90% in neutral French oak barrel, 10% new acacia.
